For more than three decades, I have partnered with leaders and organizations of all sizes, both in-house and in agency environments. What I have learned is that the true value of communications is to act as the bridge connecting leaders and team members with go to market, operational, and culture priorities.
Said otherwise, the two-way flowing bridge enables leaders to communicate to their teams AND team members in all roles to bring their experiences and insights to the table. This alignment will help organizations of any size be better prepared to win, grow, and lead with purpose today and beyond.
Some might call me a communications “dinosaur” in today’s AI-driven world.
However, I see it differently. The tools, combined with collaborative strategic development, coaching and what I call “blocking and tackling” execution, come together to further illustrate the value of communications. The fundamentals, as I see them, endure:
